- The discount of a very complete, detailed and quantified price offer which specifies in a clear way what the price includes exactly and what the price does not include.
Let us clarify that the feasibility study is paying but that its cost is recoverable in proportion to the amount of the works confided to CNRJ.
Assisted by an architect, you go to sketch the house of your dreams.
This pattern will take into account urbanistic prescriptions, your wishes of setting-up of the building on your ground and your desires of period of sunshine.
This formula is intended for the good handymen who wish to build their nest of the own hands while realizing a very important financial advantage!
The plans of the license to build will be transformed by the research department CNRJ into plans of execution to allow the prefabrication of the wooden skeleton in studios CNRJ.
The plans of execution will be verified by an external office of studies in stability. Every prefabricated partition will be provided with a code which allows a quick finding on plan, the exact place of the said partition in the mechanic of the construction.
It will be the same for the elements of housing and roofs there.
The kit of the wooden skeleton will be taken by a carrier of your choice in our workshops.
The transport towards your construction site will be made at your expenses under the cover of insurance transport coverage by CNRJ.
